J Turner Research recently reviewed 63,000 properties that were extensively studied nationwide. Carmel Apartments and North Upland Terrace, were recently ranked in the 1% for achieving outstanding ratings and reviews.

How does a property make the list? A property has to have a minimum ORA (Online Reputation Assessment) Score of 86 and at least 20 online reviews. J Turner uses the following criteria to evaluate the best apartments in the nation.
