A festive celebration marked the debut of Marigold and Trellis at The Arboretum, bringing families, friends, and future homeowners together for a day of fun and discovery.

Guests enjoyed light bites, fresh smoothies, and hands-on activities such as the DIY bouquet station, while a balloon artist entertained children (and the young at heart).

The centerpiece of the event was the unveiling of the brand-new model homes. Trellis features two-story residences ranging from 1,530 to 1,667 square feet with three to four bedrooms, while Marigold offers slightly larger designs between 1,656 and 1,870 square feet with three to four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

In addition to the homes, visitors discovered The Arboretum lifestyle with amenities that include the Gardens Clubhouse, pool and spa, fitness center, barbecue pavilions, outdoor lounges, and scenic walking paths, as well as a second recreation area coming soon.

The Grand Opening captured everything Marigold and Trellis bring to the community, from fresh modern layouts to a warm and welcoming neighborhood spirit.

I had the opportunity to attend the BIA Orange County Chapter Women’s Leadership Conference, and it was nothing short of inspiring. The event brought together an incredible mix of leaders across various industries who were all gathered to connect, uplift, and share insights.

A major highlight was hearing from Molly Bloom, author of Molly’s Game. Her story of perseverance and reinvention left a lasting impression on everyone in the room. It’s easy to see why her memoir became a hit film.

The conference was an excellent opportunity to network and have meaningful conversations with trailblazers from across the industry. It was also great to see Working Wardrobes onsite, collecting clothing donations to support individuals reentering the workforce, another reminder of the importance of community and giving back

Events like this remind us of the power of community and the importance of lifting each other up. I’m grateful to have been part of a day filled with connection, purpose, and empowerment.

In a celebration of hometown pride and cultural legacy, the City of Fontana has officially proclaimed June 7, 2025, as Travis Barker Day, honoring the world-renowned musician and proud Fontana native.

As part of this exciting tribute, Lewis Group of Companies is proud to partner with the City by naming a street after Travis Barker in our upcoming Enclave community in North Fontana.

“In conjunction with Travis Barker Day on June 7, 2025, Lewis Group of Companies will be naming a street at its upcoming Enclave community after the musician,” said Stacey Sassaman, Vice President of Planned Communities. “When the City approached us with the idea, we were happy to offer our support. This meaningful collaboration is more than just a street sign; it reflects our commitment to building communities that celebrate local talent, history, and the stories that make Fontana unique.”

“Honoring Travis Barker is not just about recognizing his accomplishments — it’s about acknowledging a story of perseverance, creativity, and impact. Travis has used his platform to inspire countless young people, and his continued support of arts and music serves as a beacon of hope for the next generation growing up in Fontana,” said Mayor Acquanetta Warren.

“The Fontana Days Run has always been a major cornerstone of Fontana’s identity — blending tradition, health, and community spirit. This year was especially meaningful as we honored Travis Barker, a global icon who proudly represents Fontana’s resilience, creativity, and drive. His commitment to wellness through ‘Run Travis Run’ aligns perfectly with the mission of Healthy Fontana. It’s more than a race — it’s a celebration of where we’ve been, who we are, and the incredible potential of our community moving forward,” said Monique Carter, Marketing & Economic Development Manager, City of Fontana.

From his early days in the Inland Empire to becoming a global icon, Travis Barker’s journey is one of creativity, resilience, and inspiration. We’re honored to contribute to this celebration and help ensure his legacy is recognized right where it all began.

The future Travis Barker street will stand as a lasting tribute to a hometown hero, connecting new residents to the energy, pride, and vibrant culture of Fontana.
