On Thursday, May 24th, Lewis Planned Communities hosted a VIP Broker Luncheon at our new Santa Barbara Apartments in Chino Hills community. Delicious sandwiches, wraps, and fruit salads were offered to the 50+ people in attendance. Guests were able to tour the models, and learn more about what makes the Santa Barbara Apartments in Chino Hills community so unique. The community itself is said to be inspired by Randall Lewis’ own experience living in Santa Barbara. Guests admired the beautiful models and all the amenities the community offers.
A select few top real estate professionals were invited to the lunch to learn more about both the community and our broker referral program. The broker referral program allows real estate professionals to bring their clients to the Santa Barbara Apartment community in Chino Hills and, if the client leases for six months or longer, they will actually earn 6% of the gross total rent on that initial lease term.
We truly value local real estate professionals for all that they do, and we feel events such as our broker lunch are a great way to show our appreciation. We also acknowledge that oftentimes apartment communities and rentals are not the first direction realtors look. That is why we host valuable informational events, to show real estate professionals that a lot of people are opting to rent by choice, and people are in need of professional guidance. That does not mean, however, that these clients will not become future homebuyers.
Mo Capetillo, the Business Development Manager for the Lewis Group Of Companies, organized the VIP Broker lunch. He stated, “My message and our company’s message is to share that there’s an opportunity to earn a very generous compensation from referring their clients to our communities, but I also share the message that these very people that, at this moment in their lives, aren’t able to purchase or are choosing not to purchase, may very well become buyers in the future.” Also, even if these clients do not purchase homes in the future, there is a good chance they will refer their friends or family to them.
